In addition to the mandatory training that is essential for our homes to run safely and efficiently, Hanker Homes also offers continual professional development opportunities for staff. This training is designed to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, so they can provide the best possible care to the young people in our care.
All staff receive mandatory training in areas such as health and safety, safeguarding, and fire training. They also receive additional specific training to meet their individual needs.
